Shipping & Returns

Information on Returning Your Items:

 

We are an online health product retailer. Returns will not be accepted based on personal results or satisfaction. Effectiveness not guaranteed.
Returns are accepted if the item is still sealed / unopened & still in its original condition as when you received the item. Items must also be within the expiration date. For safety and quality assurance, products cannot be returned once the seal on an item is broken.

PLEASE NOTE:

Once your order has been processed and is in the hands of the USPS delivery service, we are NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages. We are happy to assist in finding your package. But, we ask that you contact your local Post Office first, provide them with your tracking number so they may be able to better assist you.
You may also file a claim with USPS Claims Inquiry via phone 1-800-275-8777 or you can go online to USPS website and file your claim as well.


PLEASE NOTE:
If there is a claim filed for a lost or stolen package, we do not issue a refund on any package/packages until USPS has investigated and resolved the issue.

Returns Policy

Return items within 20 days from the ship date. Item must be in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc.). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Return product by traceable carrier and pay all shipping costs. We must receive your item back within 20 days of when it was originally shipped to you.

If the return is not a result of our error, we reimburse you for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of 20%.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All "Special Orders" and "Gift Certificate" sales are final and are not eligible for returns or refunds.


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Any claims of missing items won’t be considered after 5 days of the order delivery.

 

International Orders


If you are an International Customer and would like to place an order with tracking you must order Insurance for your order. Only insured packages are tracked regardless of what type of service you order.
Insurance is available for additional $5. During the checkout process select
USPS International with Insurance option. You will notice that the shipping cost is $5.00 greater. Amount of the Insurance will equal to the cost of the product only.
