How to use instructions:

Step 1: Insert the blue handle into the tray breath hole, then place tray into container

Step 2: Bring water to a boil. Wait for the water to stop boiling and pour hot water into the bowl. The bowl should be at least 4" deep to ensure the tray is fully submerged. Water should be about 70-80 degree C.

Step 3: Keep tray in the water for about 15-20 seconds, and then take it out using the insert blue handle.

Step 4: Gently shake off the excess water and insert mouth tray into your mouth. Adjust the tray to a comfortable position and then bite on. Start quickly molding the tray with your fingers around the front and sides making a good impression of your teeth and gums.

Step 5: Remove the tray once you feel you’ve made a good mold of your teeth and gums.

Step 6: Place shaped tray into cool water to fix your Anti-Snore tray, and take out the insert handle.

Step 11: Clean Impressive 2-in-1 Anti-Snore Tray thoroughly with warm water after each use and dry

Step 12: Store the Impressive 2-in-1 Anti-Snore Tray in the protective case to keep it safe, in its shape and sanitary until next use 

Above temperatures and times are given as a guide only. In some cases it will require lower temperature and even less time to soften the tray. Watch the tray carefully while placing it into the hot water, and once you see it begins to soften, pull it out right the way.

The anti-snore tray is made of food grade EVA material, which could be mold and re-mold if necessary. So, if you are not completely satisfied with the tray you’ve molded you can repeat the above procedure and make needed adjustments.
