HOW TO ENTER
The Impressive Smile Contest
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be a user of Impressive Smile products. You can enter this contest online by completing the online form to become a member of the Impressive Smile community. To be eligible, registration must be completed and images received on or by the closing date of the contest. Incomplete registrations will be disqualified. Late registration will be transferred to the following drawing date. All registrations shall become part of Impressive Smile’s database. Impressive Smile Inc. is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed registrations. Registrations received by telephone or fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted.
After your registration is received by Impressive Smile, you will receive a Welcome email with your unique CODE. If you don’t have your “AFTER” image quite ready at this time, you can always submit it later after you’ve completed your treatment procedure, but before the drawing date. Improve your chances of winning by starting your campaign among your friends and relatives asking them to VOTE for you. For each person who votes using your unique CODE you’ll receive a point. Individual with most points WINS!
HOW IMPRESSIVE SMILE TRACKS VOTING:
1. After you complete the online form to become a member of the Impressive Smile community you’ll receive a welcome email which contains your unique CODE. You can share your unique CODE to get people, friends and family members to cast a vote for you to become a President of this month “Most Improved Smile Club” at Impressive Smile community.
2. There are numerous ways you can share your unique CODE. Send your CODE in an email or post your CODE anywhere and everywhere (including Facebook, Twitter, blogs, websites, the possibilities are endless) and ask them to visit Impressive Smile VOTER’S PAGE and cast a vote for you.
3. When someone casts a vote for you on Impressive Smile’s VOTER’S page you’ll receive a point. Individual with most points wins a prize.
CONTEST RULES:
1. The contest is open to all who is at least 18 years or older. Identification may be required upon request. Management, employees and immediate family members of Impressive Smile Inc. are prohibited from winning any prizes awarded by Impressive Smile Inc.
2. Contests participant must use products purchased on impressivesmile.com.
3. Your total points will be increased by 1 for each qualified cast vote. A qualified vote is a successful registration that utilized your unique CODE on the ImpressiveSmile.com website on a VOTE FOR ME page. Only 1 qualified point will be awarded per name and per signing up email address. Your voters are allowed to cast a single vote every 60 days. If a person signs up multiple times on the website, only the first time registering on the site will generate a voting point for you. Automated signups will not be counted towards qualified votes.
4. A person can only win one of the drawings in any 60 days period. In the event a person’s name is drawn in more than one drawing, he/she will be awarded the prize for the first drawing his/her name was drawn.
5. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
6. Decisions of the contest judges are final – no substitutions will be available.
7. Winners of all contests will be contacted at the email address used to complete the online registration to become a member of the Impressive Smile community, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner unless they specify another person within the reply email as the winner. Impressive Smile Inc. will email/mail the contest prize to the email/mailing address supplied by the recipient of the winner announcement email/mail.
8. Claiming of prize requires a response to Impressive Smile Inc. from the winning sender email/mailing address within 15 days of being notified of winning at the email address used to enter. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. Impressive Smile Inc. is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).
9. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his/her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which Impressive Smile may deem appropriate.
10. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any voter(s), acknowledges that Impressive Smile Inc. may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
11. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and/or fees that may be incurred.
12. Each prize winner must supply Impressive Smile Inc. with his/her legal name, mailing address, birth date, and daytime and nighttime telephone numbers.
13. Winners must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by Impressive Smile Inc. acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.
14. Impressive Smile Inc. retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
15. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
16. Impressive Smile Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
17. Approximate value of prizes is $50.
18. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and may not be separated and must be accepted as awarded, cash equivalent substitution will not be available.
19. One registration per person, per contest, per 60 days.
